I’m humbled and excited to announce State Senator Shelli Yoder’s endorsement of this campaign. A decade ago Shelli Yoder was an outsider, an educator, and a mother of 3 who had a passion for public service. She has since cemented herself as one of the strongest advocates for the environment, public education, the economy, and our democracy in Southern Indiana.

She is truly a leader that gives me hope for our future. My campaign is in large part inspired by Senator Yoder’s values – and I hope to model her integrity, passion, and substance. At the core of our values is this bottom line: If we continue to inspire others to step up, our community will be better for all.
